Ballistol Precision Mechanics Oil - cleans, lubricates and protects in one

The very low-viscosity oil has an enormously high creeping activity and adheres strongly to metals.

Ballistol Precision Mechanics Oil is ideal for the care, lubrication and preservation of precision mechanical equipment, precision instruments, machines and production equipment, tools and workshop machines, all metal parts, including brass and other non-ferrous metals.

Ballistol Precision Mechanics Oil is age-resistant and does not resinify. On metals, it reliably creeps under water and, due to its low surface tension and enormous creeping ability, reliably protects even the last corner from rust.

Ballistol Precision Mechanics Oil has proven to be just as effective as a contact oil. It guarantees reliable use from -50°C to 150°C, is free of chlorinated solvents and PCBs. As a spray, ozone-neutral. No groundwater hazard from solvents.

Copper-graphite spray is silicone-, PTFE-, acid-free, resin-free and does not resinify.

Reliable protection against corrosion, wear and seizure.

Gears, chains, ball bearings, rolling bearings, track, bearing and track rollers, sliding surfaces and slide rails are protected by the lubricity of copper-graphite spray, do not rust and do not jam. Bearings with pressitz do not seize up, even at high temperatures and pressure. Valves, valve seat rings, grooves, pipe connections, flanges and seals are protected from aggressive media.

Coarse and fine threads, nuts, screws, bolts, wedges, springs and bushings: can be easily loosened again even after extreme thermal stress. Hinges, door and gate suspensions, tailgates and lock joints always remain functional.

Copper-graphite spray helps with agricultural machinery and equipment, trucks, semi-trailers, trailers, conveyor belts and transport rails, for example. buses, garbage trucks, snow ploughs, concrete mixers, cranes, tankers, excavators, bulldozers and tractors. Military equipment such as tanks, guns, engineer vehicles, amphibious vehicles, ships and much more.

Copper-graphite spray protects against corrosion and seizure for a long time. It reduces the friction of moving parts, reduces abrasion of plastics and rubber on metal. Gives tighter connection for threads and fits. Prevents contact corrosion with various types of metals. Copper-graphite spray guarantees an application range of -100 to +800 °C.  Due to its chemical composition, the copper-graphite spray is extremely pressure-resistant and protects all metals against corrosive media: water vapour, fresh and salt water, diluted alkalis, many chemical vapours. Copper graphite spray is a harmless working substance within the meaning of the Ordinance on Working Substances.

Copper-graphite spray is indifferent to most gases, e.g. natural gas, butane, propane, noble gases, fluorocarbons and nitrogen. Only in the case of compressed oxygen is it not possible to use it.

Ballistol Brake Cleaner was specifically developed for the fast, residue-free cleaning of brakes, brake discs, and industrial parts. It is designed for anyone in the automotive sector, workshop, or industrial environment who wants to reliably remove stubborn contamination. It addresses typical problems such as oil, grease, and adhesive residues, hardened deposits, and stubborn brake dust – quickly, thoroughly, and without leaving residue.


Performance & Application


The brake cleaner is designed for degreasing and cleaning heavily stressed components. It reliably removes oil, grease, adhesive residues, wax, and silicone, as well as dried, hardened oils and brake dust. Graphite-, molybdenum-, copper-, and aluminum-based assembly pastes can also be removed with the product.

Application is simple: spray the product directly onto the affected areas. The strong spray jet develops a rinsing effect – for example on brake discs, brake calipers, or other components. After application, the product evaporates completely without leaving residue, so no further cleaning is usually required. For heavier contamination, work with a cloth (we recommend wearing gloves).
